EUROCY Innovations, in collaboration with Ablebook, is pleased to announce a free interactive training seminar on Workplace Accessibility and Inclusion organized within the framework of the "Ablebook for All" project. The project is implemented as part of a strategic partnership with Cyta and forms part of its Digital Inclusion initiatives under the broader "I Am Equally Here" campaign.

The seminar will take place on Friday, 3 July 2026, from 09:45 to 12:00, at Cyta Headquarters.

The seminar is designed for businesses, organizations and professionals seeking to enhance their understanding of workplace accessibility, disability inclusion, and the opportunities created through the meaningful participation of persons with disabilities in the workforce.

The training will equip participants with practical insights into workplace accessibility, disability inclusion, and the evolving regulatory landscape. Participants will explore how accessibility can create business value, drive innovation, strengthen organizational performance and foster more inclusive working environments.

Seminar Topics

• The business value of accessibility and the benefits it brings to organizations,
• The new legislative framework in Cyprus and the obligations arising from the European Accessibility Act,
• Practical guidance on physical and digital accessibility in workplaces,
• The inclusion of persons with disabilities in employment, including available support schemes and incentives for employers,
• An initial accessibility screening to help organizations assess their current level of accessibility.

The session will be delivered by Ms. Marianna Gregoriou (MSc), Accessibility Specialist at EUROCY Innovations, who will share her expertise and practical experience in accessibility, digital inclusion and inclusive workplace practices.
