The questionnaire aims to help you learn and stimulate your interest about about the sustainability of our environment and its impact to our quality of life.

Your responses will not be used in connection with your identity; they will be rather used in a consolidated analysis for the purposes of planning.
At the end of the questionnaire you will also be asked to provide your name and contact details. Please, note that the name and email data are mandatory and are only requested to communicate with you in case you win one of the prices associated to the event or to keep you informed of similar events that have to do with the sustainability of our environment. If you have not provided your consent, these data will be immediately deleted.

In addition, the system will record the IP (internet protocol address) of your device which you use to respond to the questionnaire. We have no interest in that information and we will delete it immediately after collecting the rest of the information.
